How it was

How it is

Many people do not do any physical work at all.
Your body gets weak and you become at risk for disease.

The Magic Pill

What if there was a pill that you took once a day that would……

  • Give you more energy
  • Make your muscles and bones stronger
  • Reduce your body fat
  • Help you sleep better and feel more relaxed
  • Help you feel happier and have better self-esteem
  • Make you more independent as you get older

Would you take it?

And if that pill also prevented…

  • High blood pressure
  • Being overweight
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Heart attacks and Strokes
  • Depression
  • Colon Cancer
  • ‘Weak bones’
  • Premature Death

Would you take it?

Exercise is the Magic Pill!

“If exercise could be packaged into a pill, it would be the singe most widely given and helpful medicine in the country”. - Dr. Robert Butler, Former Director of National Institute for Aging

“Did you know that not being physically active has the same effect on your health as smoking a pack of cigarettes each day?” - Dr. N. Busing, College of Family Physicians of Canada
